Grand Traverse Conservation District and the Grand Traverse Audobon Club are hosting October Big Day on Saturday, October 14th from 9am to 11am. The October Big Day is an annual bird census conducted throughout the world by volunteers. During this event, you'll be supporting conservation worldwide by submitting observations, counting birds, and learning how the data is entered online. Birding will take place around the Boardman River Nature Center and the Natural Education Reserve.
