Join Washtenaw County Conservation District, Legacy Land Conservancy, and graduate students from U-M SEAS on Sunday, October 1st from 2pm to 4pm for a walk in the woods to learn about beech leaf disease and how to spot it. Much is still unknown about this relatively new disease which can damage and eventually kill both ornamental and native beech trees. They will meet at Legacy Shatter Preserve and then carpool to roadside parking at Legacy's nearby Creekshead Preserve.
